Did Christmas come early for BBN's Chief Editor Dana Delaney Loyd?

Did Christmas come early for BBN’s Chief Editor Dana Delaney Loyd? Click on the gift above to view Brevard Business News page 5 documentation from December 5, 2016.

As you see, the form clearly states that the FALSE REPORTING STAFFING FORM is to be completed by PI prior to investigation closure. It was closed on the 28 of June 2015, however not signed until the 25th of September 15. If we are to believe that the report was closed on the 28 of June, then how did the author (Debra Christensen) know that Dana was arrested? Dana was arrested in front of her children on the 28th of August 2015.

RIP Dear Friend Jeff Frazier Seminole Watch’s Founder

Posted by Brevardsbestnews on November 11, 2016 in Current Edition |

Time often gets away from us, and as our lives march on. The founder of Seminole Watch, Jeff Fraiser passed away after a battle with cancer in February. We at BBN and VX used to work closely with Fraiser, who was a guidance to both of us. WE thought that today, Veteran’s Day was the best day to honor Jeff, as he served in the Air Force, before beginning a career in Law Enforcement.

Fraiser, had a vision, as he shared on Seminole Watch… in his words: ” In 2008, I found myself getting increasingly frustrated simply watching the morning news in which yet another local public servant had been caught breaking the law. Unfortunately the usual outcome was that the Public Servant would be allowed to resign his/her position, in most cases even before the Internal Investigation in that agency was completed. In the case of elected officials, they simply left office or did not run for re-election. They were allowed to leave their well paid jobs with full retirement benefits intact. In the case of sworn Police Officers, their State Certification was not revoked .

Even more disappointing the Local, State and Federal authorities declined to seek criminal prosecution, due to the fact that the accused had resigned their position. Or perhaps that is just the way the “System” works for special people.

Instead of just shaking my head, yelling at the T.V. or settling for that’s just the way it goes, I decided to get involved and with the assistance of close family and friends, we are trying to expose these criminal activities, and prove they are not ABOVE the law and deserve to face prosecution.

I believe that together we CAN change the “Good Old Boy System”.

He represented his website with honor, and was about what we all are in this business, exposing the corruption, and holding officials accountable. He did it gracefully.

Jeff Fraiser, thanks for The Dance, and may you be resting in Heaven, and watching over us, as we continue with both our dreams and yours!!

Volusia Exposed continues to cover Brevard: Former BCSO CO Barre Taylor files new motion…

Posted by Brevardsbestnews on October 14, 2016 in Current Edition |

UPDATE – October 16, 2016

Within 24 hours of VolusiaExposed.Com posting this article on October 14, 2016 – the Brevard Clerk of Court posted the October 10, 2016 decision from Judge Mahl denying Taylor’s motion – requesting that his sentence be modified. Judge Mahl’s decision had not been posted to the Clerk’s site prior to the publication of our original article. It’s not unusual for it to take several days for matters to post to the Clerk’s web page.

Brevard’s Best News has been relying heavily on Volusia Exposed to cover Brevard, and they don’t miss a beat. It was with their watchful eye that they were able to learn that former BCSO Correction’s Deputy Barre Taylor, through his undersigned council, is asking the courts to withhold adjudication on his sexual battery charge, for having sex with an inmate.

Please click on the picture below to read the motion, as well as a letter written to the court by Taylor.
